Fixes an unauthenticated, webhook-triggerable crash of the whole API process: a Return Response header name containing a character illegal in an HTTP token (e.g. trailing whitespace) reached Fastify unsanitized and crashed the process as an unhandled rejection. See ENG-1099 / activepieces/activepieces#17003.
